Celebration Day has arrived

Pulane's day has arrived

The house is a hive of activity as everyone puts on their glad rags and prepares to head to the church. There are two groups leaving at different times, with the first Sr Botshelo taking the two young girls and myself, followed by the second group of Pulane, Sr Anna and Sr Roseleen. Everyone else will be meet there.

Arriving to the church the atmosphere was full of joyous anticipation, all the planning has come to this moment. Last minute small things put into place like reserve signs, tray in place and so forth. The choir rises their voices warming up for the main event, pulling together the music and soul in jubilation. Pulane's family greeted and gathered with great joy and love to witness their beloved daughter, sister, aunty on this important day.

The ceremony started with a procession lead by the Cross and Passion Sisters, followed by all other religious that were present. The Passionist priest from around the lower part of Africa continent, along with Denis Travors had an assembly the same weekend; the Lord works in amazing ways; so they were able to join in the celebrations. Then Pulane mum and dad, Bishops and Father. Oh and of course Pulane herself ;o)

The music rises up and everyone united together in been witness to Pulane proclaiming her faith, her hearts desire.
It was a beautiful celebration, rich with culture, with words with love and pure hearts all together to support Pulane on her journey.
